I recently added some Flash-based 20-30 second previews of the videos.

I'm very conscious that these previews are upwards of 3 megs, and could slow down the site if there are too many on the site at once. So they in fact need an extra click before it starts downloading.

Right now, video previews are only going to be online for 30 days after a release. After that, the preview will disapear.

I'm gonna be monitoring site speed and of course sales. I'm not sure if adding the video preview will increase or decrease.

I am continually surprised that when I meet fans of the site, they tell me how much they love the site, but then confess they dont actually have a membership, and just beat off to the public previews ~sigh~. Not sure why people feel the need to confess this to me, but it happens with alarming frequency.

So I am concerned that adding video previews is just one more free thing that might make it easier so fans don't actually join.

But I suspect, if you are already a paying member, you will enjoy the sneek peek at all the new releases!
