| ChaosMen Receives 2 TLA Nominations |
VOTING HAS ENDED 03-31-10- Let's see how we do!
Looks like TLA Video is doing their first annual awards, and ChaosMen was nominated in two categories.
If they have an actual award ceremony, I am going to go. I have never been to one, and there are a few porn stars (and producers!) I would love to meet.
It's very strange for me to go to TLA's website and see my little DVDs doing so well there. When I checked today, Shear Chaos Vol. 3 was the #1 seller of the week!
Anyway, the two categories we are nominated in are "Must Own Movie of the Year." Stiff competition with Czech twins, and Men of Israel!
And the other is or "New to DVD or Up and Coming Studio." Kind of a catch-all as I think some of the other studios, our site included, has been around quite some time. But basically it is a nod to the best "little guy" studios.
It feels like they didn't want to create too many categories, which I think is a great idea. It's very easy to vote!
I don't tend to do very well when it is "Vote" for the best 'cuz these studios tend to have a much wider audience, and really, it's still just me here, doing this horse and pony dick show on my own. We (I mean you and us members) really don't have the volume of fans to win at these things.
But it never hurts to try to stuff the ballot! (No don't try to over stuff the ballets..vote as often as they will let you!)
I seem to win when it is decided by actual judges who sit down and really view the video from a critical eye.
Anyway, I hope they do a ceremony. I think Damien Crosse is like the only "real" porn star I have ever even remembered his name. He is smoking hot, and truly seems into his scenes. Be cool to see him in person.
