| Scenes from Bar Event 06-26-10! |
Both Oil Can Harry's and MidTowne Spa were quite happy with the turn out and the boys showing up the bar and spa was a big success!
We arrived around 11pm. Ransom was already there, being a veteran of the Austin gay bar scene, he was already mixing and mingling.
Taylor stuck around me for a bit as he had never been in a gay bar, while Eli, Mr. Energizer Bunny, was down to his Chaos green underwear and dancing around in no time.
I finally got Taylor down to his skivvies and he loosened up a bit with a cocktail or five.
They signed autographs, gave away free postcards, DVDs, books and calendars.
Eventually Eli and Taylor found the ONE group of hot straight girls, and ended up grinding on them the latter half of the evening, whereas Ransom continued to meet old friends and talk to fans, and convert new ones!.
Fellow photographer Mark Lynch was there, and he jumped in and manned the table where we had gift bags from Skivvies/Tapelenders Austin. Thanks to ya'll for the helping hands!
It was tough pulling the boys away from the hot girls. Taylor was itching to fuck a girl after having just been plowed by Ransom earlier that day.
So I dragged them over to the after hour party at Midtowne Spa. Both their parking lots were full, and there were a lot of guys in towels getting autographs.
After signing autographs and handing out free stuff, the boys got naked and wandered around a bit.
They ended up in the hot tub most of the night, chatting with the patrons about being straight and doing gay porn. I am pretty sure by the way they were talking, the spa guys learned quickly that these were indeed straight guys - not confused, not bi - just straight guys... and I think it boggled their minds that they could be so versatile.
We left about 3:30am and got in about 4am. I had to get Eli and Taylor to an early flight so we were all pretty tired on the way to the airport at 8:30am
They were however still stoked about the event during the car ride. They couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it, (and of course the girls they missed out banging)
Every time I do these events the guys dread doing them, but after the event, they are on cloud nine. And that's because YOU the fans make them feel so good.
So thanks to everyone that came out to meet them!
